This was posted somewhere as “Karma”. Although I thoroughly understand the concept of karma, I don’t subscribe much to it. Like most things in this place, there are two sides to it and I generally choose the middle path.
I think that a better title is “Reminders for Humans”.
Leon Russell started off as a studio musician and skyrocketed shortly after that. I saw him in 1973 and he started the show dressed in a white tuxedo with tails and a white top hat. By the time he finished he was shirtless and dancing on the grand piano that he was playing. I saw him again at Disneyland in the early 1990’s on the floating island at New Orleans Square while on his gospel revival tour. The fates arranged that one and I was mesmerized. You’ve heard him on a lot more songs that you are aware of.
